Raisins Swimwear and Bikinis were born In 1973, in a garage in Laguna Beach. Pat Lingo (a Cal State Fullerton art major) decided that the selection of over-designed, uncomfortable swimsuit styles of the day just weren’t something an avid beach goer really wanted. So she began designing her own custom suits.
